The Integrated Management System (IMS) represents a unified approach to the administration of ISO standards concerning quality, the environment and occupational safety. Companies have the option to adopt an IMS, allowing them to thoroughly address these three crucial areas and implement a process of continuous improvement.
The integrated management system combines ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 20121. These three systems initially operated independently of each other. However, integrating them into a unified perspective enhances the management of the company’s production process by giving a full overview of the specificities of each ISO system. Integrated management is also beneficial for implementing efficient procedures across various aspects of business administration.
In 2021, the Mugello Circuit implemented a management system, which was expanded to include ISO 20121 in 2022, and established the corresponding policy.
